This app is designed for medical doctors in Residence. However, it has been generalized to be useful for any defined field recording purpose.

The app allows the user to take notes for each patient (or item) and to maintain those notes in a secure manner. The app can optionally be configured for device Passcode or Biometrics login.

Therefore, with the appropriate hardware, the app can be opened with Touch ID, Face ID or Passcode.
